The 5th Urban Street Symposium (USS5) was part of the USS series sponsored by the Transportation Research Board (TRB). USS5 was a joint partnership between TRB and the North Carolina Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (NCSITE).
USS5 took place May 21-24, 2017 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Symposium sessions were held at the Raleigh Convention Center, with lodging at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel.
The symposium was hosted by the following Transportation Research Board Committees:
- Operational Effects of Geometrics (AHB65)
- Geometric Design (AFB10)
- Access Management (AHB70)
- Highway Capacity and Quality of Service (AHB40)
