Key deadlines are as follows:

• May 1, MAY 15, 2017: submit Paper for publication in the Proceedings (a link to the submission website and instructions were provided in authors’ acceptance e-mails).
• May 8, 2017: submit Presentation, either PDF format (for poster) or PowerPoint file (a link to the submission website and instructions were provided in authors’ acceptance e-mails).
• May 21-24, 2017: attend Symposium.
